Since the shows inception in February, 2009, Burning Rubber Radio's Andy DeLay and Charles Robinson have interviewed countless amounts of drivers from just about every series of racing, NASCAR, ARCA, NHRA, and a whole lot more. There have been a few special interviews where that driver is "followed" by the crew of Burning Rubber, and this is where the term Developmental Driver comes from. Burning Rubber follows these drivers through the high points and low points in their career(s). Burning Rubber keeps up with them by staying in touch with them throughout the year.
